Wasn't sure I had the right address. Knocked on a few doors looking for the person who had my pallet. Both stores very friendly and helpful. They directed me to their warehouse nearby and my pallet and paperwork was inorder and ready for pickup. Awesome!

Thank you Studio Belmont for saving the day! I just needed to change my lever knob to a round knob and Dave saved the day. My dog can open the lever locks and got out today. Thanks to Daves help I was able to easily change the knob and my dog is now safe. I truly appreciate their care and support and I will definitely go back to them when I'm ready to change out all of my locks.

I have worked with Veronica at the San Jose location on several occasions, mostly brining clients in for decorative hardware (cabinet hardware, bathroom towel bars, etc). She has always been great! We are allowed to take as much time as we need exploring the vast displays, comparing all of the options. Usually our meetings there are hours long as we select hardware for an entire home. Studio Belmont has a huge amount of hardware on display, from nearly every manufacturer I can think of! This is a designers dream, because it means I can show my client exactly what I am recommending, rather than relying on a picture in a catalog. Nothing compares to being able to touch and see something in person! Thank you Veronica for the great service!
